Abel Gray Homes creates distinctive family homes designed and built to last for generations. We specialise in bespoke new build residential developments across the Midlands and South East, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Named after the founders' sons, Abel and Grayson, the business is built on trust, integrity and genuine pride in delivery. We take full responsibility for every development we undertake, working directly with landowners and managing the entire process from initial appraisal and planning through to construction and completion.

Our homes are never rushed. Time is taken at every stage to ensure the right decisions are made, the details are properly considered and the build quality is uncompromising. Site Visit Completed Today

In the photo you can see Plot 2, the conversion of the former Samuel Pepys Public House, now formally known as Lily House. We are excited to see this unit progress forward and complete early in 2026. Keep watching for further updates on this build.

22nd December 2025 Plot 3, Pepys Lane

Bifold Doors Replaced Just in Time for Christmas

The bifold doors at Plot 3, Peony House, were damaged, so we arranged for the replacement. Crown Windows came to the rescue and replaced them quickly, just in time for Christmas. Their team were amazing, and we are really pleased with the result.
